"CrossFit changed my life. Before joining a gym I was overweight, always tired for no reason, and just uncomfortable in my body. CrossFit helped change all this and more. My why for coaching is to help others become a better version of themselves and use the gym to accomplish whatever goals they have in life; whether inside or outside of the gym.
When I’m not at the gym I enjoy down time with my wife and adorable dog. Whether it’s just hanging out at the house, grabbing a bite to eat, going on an adventure, or going to a theme park."
