FIT: CrossFit Classes Done Right. The Fit Workout is an all-encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, from advanced to beginner. With daily strength and skill training along with effective workouts and conditioning. Movements focus on building a strong base and providing daily exposure to strength training. Learn how to squat, pull, press, and clean through progressions. Goal: lift daily, practice skills and get a great sweat on!


FLEX: Functional strength & full-body bodybuilding program. Goal: LOOK amazing, FEEL amazing, and HAVE A BLAST while doing it!


OPEN GYM: Uncoached use of gym space. Olympic platforms included. WOD is available to you. Must Reserve spot 12 hours prior.


BARBELL CLASS: Learn Olympic Lifting movements under a coach’s trained eye.

Our Programs



Our CrossFit program is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally, with constantly varied workouts that incorporate elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. You'll develop strength, endurance, agility, and balance, all while having fun and pushing yourself to new heights.

Our state-of-the-art facility features top-of-the-line equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and more. We also offer a variety of classes and programs, including private coaching, group classes, and nutrition coaching, to help you achieve your fitness goals.



Our small group classes are designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.

All of our small group classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure: A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout. We create a focus around:

  • Diet: lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.

  • Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.

  • Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.

  • Weightlifting and Throwing: develop the ability to control external objects and produce power.

  • Sport: applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.



Not everyone wants to work out in group classes. For some, injury, recovery or a specific goal makes personal training the best option. In addition to building a fully custom training plan, our coaches also provide nutritional guidance for a well-rounded approach to wellness. 

Our personal trainers are experienced and bring an energy to each session that makes it fun, educational, and leaves you feeling that much closer to your goals. 



Our Teens program is a strength and conditioning class developed specifically for the teenage-“ish” age range and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability. We teach our young athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports. Our program can help any high school and middle school athlete improve his or her speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.

The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
