We are a community-first gym
We understand how intimidating it can be to get started on a new fitness journey. We're here to make your journey as simple as possible. Our trainers are passionate, knowledgeable, and put our community members first. You matter, and we work on an individual level to help you with your health and wellness goals. We provide an environment set up for success, with coaches guiding you every step of the way. Additionally, we work beyond the gym walls to build up the community around us through sponsorships, group challenges for workplaces, and giveback opportunities.

Ancient City Education Society (A.C.E.S.)
Ancient City Education Society is a nonprofit organization providing access to resources that allow disadvantaged and homeless youth to pursue their goals through higher education. Services include scholarships and financial aid, housing support, mentorship and counseling, and academic resources.
We were proud to partner with A.C.E.S. for our "Fit For Our Future Challenge: Lock-In Edition," in which members signed up to spend 12 hours overnight at our gym, doing a workout every hour on the hour to raise funds for A.C.E.S. via sponsor donations!
