Open to members and non-members!
Non-members: $25 for a drop-in and register for their Murph time slot.
Members: Donations are accepted.
Waves begin at 6 am and run every 30 mins. The last wave wil be at 8:30 a.m. Sign up here before your wave is full!
Murph is a CrossFit Hero workout that stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
