Felicity Hopkins

CF-L1

I was born and raised in Thomasville, GA, and moved to St. Augustine in 2021. I’m currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology, with the goal of becoming a physical therapist.

My fitness journey started early. I was 14 when I was first introduced to CrossFit through my high school softball team’s weightlifting program. I stayed involved in many different sports and had the opportunity to run cross country, and even play lacrosse at the college level.

I’ve been a CrossFit coach for three years and have had the privilege of coaching Youth CrossFit for two years. Coaching is more than just teaching movements, it’s about giving back what was given to me. CrossFit has shaped me far beyond the gym, and now I get to build relationships, help people realize their potential, celebrate victories, and support them through challenges. Coaching kids is especially rewarding! I love seeing them develop confidence, resilience, and strong habits early on!

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me traveling with my husband or spending time outdoors. I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s a spontaneous trip, an outdoor activity, or just trying something new, I’m 100% in. My mindset? Do the hard things. Get better. Keep pushing forward.
