Coach

I was a West Coast kid who left home for the Navy at 17 and never looked back.  After 27 years in uniform, my family and I have settled here in Florida and we're loving it!  CrossFit first found me in 2012 when a Navy pilot colleague of mine opened his own gym out of his garage and I was one of his first customers.  I've been hooked ever since and have loved finding/joining new gyms everywhere we've lived.  I'm so grateful my path has led me to CrossFit St. Augustine with its joyous, family vibe.  Now that my time in the Navy is complete, coaching is one of the top things I've been looking forward to doing with my new schedule freedom.  I firmly believe CrossFit is for everyone and can provide lifelong benefits to all who stick with it!  Can't wait to see you in class!
