Summer Youth Training Program
Teach correct movement and healthy living habits from the START!
We're proud to offer a fitness program designed around the specific needs of pre-teens and teenagers! We can help any middle or high school athlete improve their speed, coordination, strength, and endurance!
Here's how:
Our Summer Youth Training Program is a strength and conditioning class developed for the needs of the "teenage-ish” age range. We teach our young athletes to move correctly from the start, with scalable options based on individual abilities. The workouts in this program are constantly varied, designed to avoid the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
Details:
-2 classes per week for 9 weeks (18 sessions total)
-10:30 - 11:30 AM class time
-Schedule will be for Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday, dependent on the overall preference of participants
-$360 for full program registration
