STA Youth Athletics

Build stronger, healthier, more confident athletes from the ground up.

STA Youth Athletics is a high-energy strength and conditioning program designed specifically for middle and high school athletes who want to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and develop lifelong fitness habits. Led by Coach Felicity, this program focuses on teaching proper movement mechanics, speed, agility, coordination, strength, and endurance in a fun, supportive environment where every athlete can thrive.

Rather than specializing too early or repeating the same movements year-round, athletes experience constantly varied training that develops complete athleticism while helping prevent the overuse injuries common in youth sports. Every workout is scaled to the individual's age, experience, and ability level, ensuring beginners and experienced athletes alike are challenged appropriately and safely.

Whether your child plays team sports, competes individually, or simply wants to become stronger and more confident, STA Youth Athletics provides the coaching, accountability, and foundation they need to excel both on and off the field.
